Don't mind me I'll just be floating here.
Well, hello hello. It's been a very busy past couple of weeks, which is why I haven't posted anything. I finished up my summer school classes, had a colonoscopy/endoscopy (in a city a couple hours away which really complicates things), started on an antidepressant, had a bunch of lazy days, and now I'm here. Hello. I put a lot of pressure on myself the last time I blogged to post no matter what, and that's just not how I want to do it this time. This is my hobby, and if I force myself to do it on weeks that I'm just not feeling it then it won't be fun anymore. So I didn't force it. However, I do have around a month before school starts again, so in that time I'll be trying to get ahead on some posts (along with all the other stuff I need to do before school starts...ugh). The whole thing is starting to feel overwhelming, but it will hopefully all work out.
Mom and I are still watching The Good Fight, and we're on the 5th season now, almost caught up to the more recent episodes. After that we'll have to be content with an episode a week, and find something new to watch. I'm also binge-watching AJIN: Demi-Human with my boyfriend, and I am really liking it! I think there are just a few more episodes until I'm finished with it (which is probably and good thing considering I've been watching it instead of reading lol). Oh, and I found a new guilty pleasure show! It's called Girls Planet 999, and it's a reality kpop competition show where 99 girls are fighting to debut in a 9 person girl group. I've been enjoying the performances, and also it's just so much fun watching people go after their dreams! I hope everyone is having a good week, and happy reading! (also put a link to your Sunday Post in the comments thank you).
CURRENTLY READING
I think I read maybe one chapter of 120 Days of Sodom? lol. And then I'm finishing up The Talented Mr. Ripley (which I was supposed to read for a class last year but only read half of... oops).
WHAT I READ
Three books in the past couple weeks! Human Beings I gave 2.5 stars, Ice Planet Barbarians I gave 4 stars, and Yolk I gave 4 stars as well (reviews to come for all of these!).
NEW BOOKS
I ended up buying Who? and Wasp to read them, then send them up to my Grandpa. I'm hoping he hasn't read these, and that he will enjoy them.

Lots has happened on the farm since I last updated y'all. I completed my first year, got a horse, have a large number of farm animals, and have officially become a green bean farmer.

QUESTION OF THE WEEK
How are you guys spending the last bit of summer? Let me know in the comments (along with a link to your Sunday Post)!
The Sunday Post is a weekly blog recap that is hosted by The Caffeinated Reviewer. Each week we share some news from our lives, what we read, any books that we got, and what we posted, and anything else we want to share from our week! If you want to learn more you can visit this info page.
It’s your blog, so you do you :)
Enjoy the rest of your summer, its coming to the end of winter here and the days are slowly warming up
Wishing you a great reading week
Enjoy the rest of your summer, hope you can take a break before you have to go back to school. I'm waiting for fall and cooler weather and will do some more camping. Have a nice week.
Love the Animal Crossing graphic! We do a lot of Animal Crossing around here. I hope the antidepressant helps! I was put on one almost a year ago and they recently upped the dose because I was having breakthrough anxiety. It's made me a little sleepier but it's been so good to feel like myself again. I hope you have a wonderful week!
Awww, I've been there, honestly. Doing my best not to force myself to post on bad days as well as it's a lot better. :) Hannah @ Dragons and Whimsy
I was just saying to myself I am probably going to have to let blogging take a back seat for a bit. Working full time and going to college full time is way harder than I expected (the last time I did it was 15 years ago and I don't have the stamina I did then).
